About Me
Hi, my name is Jules and I am a registered childminder in Erskine.
I have a lovely, safe, homely environment to provide my service from. My environment is flexible and allows me to offer childcare from my large living room which has direct access to a lovely enclosed outdoor garden and direct access to a purpose-built garden house.
Our daily activities will include attending baby/toddler groups, visits to the library and the forest. I love to be outdoors with children so we will be outdoors daily to play and to walk to and from school/nursery/toddler groups. Periods of rest are equally important so children will have daily opportunities for rest which may be a sleep or some quieter activities. All fees will be inclusive of healthy snacks, meals, and daily activities.
My Experience
I have over 27 years of childcare experience working in council nurseries in Renfrewshire as a Nursery Practitioner and an Early Excellence Lead before becoming a Childminder from my home. I have 3 grown up children of my own and two lovely friendly doggies called Hudson and Phoebe.
My Qualifications
I am a fully qualified nursery practitioner and I have my Childhood Practice Degree. I have completed my Paediatric First Aid training and Food Safety and Hygiene training. I have completed lots of additional training and research over the years to enable me to provide a quality childcare environment.
My Availability
**Currently full. Spaces from August 24**
My home is a very short walk to Barsail Primary, St Anne’s Primary and Nursery. I am available to provide a quality service from 6 months to 12 years from 8am till 6pm on Monday’s, Tuesday’s, and Wednesday’s. I offer full day and part-time places and a ‘wrap-around’ service before and after school care which includes drop-off and pick-ups.
