About Me
My service I can provide to you is that I am reliable, trustworthy and punctual. I will ensure that the children who are in my care are always safe and happy. Ensure that they are doing activities that will help to develop but also having fun at the same time. I will also ensure they have healthy meals and I will support the parents in implementing a routine for the children or child that is in my care and ensure that they are following the set boundaries and routine. also enjoy being outside and doing activities that support the child or children's physical development. Furthermore as I explained in my qualifications I have a degree in the Early Years, which by where I learnt about different approaches from many different theorists I knew of. I also learnt more in depth about child development.
My Experience
I have 13 years experience in working with children in private day nursery sector. Therefore I understand the development of a child and know what things that should be doing. I understand the requirements of the EYFS framework, I have worked with the age groups of 2-5 year olds. Therefore I have experience of working with toddlers and pre-schoolers. Through working in the various types of private day nurseries, I have learn't many different ways on how to teach children. Also I have contiously built upon the knowledge that I know today by reading up and researching also by working with other colleagues. Furthermore I have built upon my knowledge on how to deal with certain behaviour and ensure the child or children understand their consequences.
My Qualifications
I have a degree in Early Years which I have had for three years and I also am first aid trained. I am also up to date with all the different safeguarding guidelines that comes from the government. I am also Level 3 qualified
My Availability
My availability hours are from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday. However if you are needing me to stay a little later. Just let me know in advanced
