My Requirements
My little one had just turned 18 months, is very active and loves spending time outdoors, at soft play, farms etc. so would love for someone that takes the children out. She’s developing very well, is very interactive and loves socialising. She also is a huge fan of arts and crafts.
She is currently with a childminder that has 3 daughters (one of similar age) and one other child she looks after so the group is quite small, they class her as one of their own due to the bond she has built with the girls. Due to moving house I’m having to change but am hoping the next person shares the same amount of love for her as her current/previous does. I feel a terrible amount of mum guilt taking her away from an environment that she’s happy and stable in but sure she’ll settle with the right person just well.
As for my requirements, I do work full time mostly from home however there are days when I have to attend meetings quite a distance away so I may need to adjust hours (earlier and later). I’m hoping for flexibility, its very rare that these occasions happen but usually with plenty of notice
