About Me
We are parents of a May 2019-born 4 year-old who is in full-time mainstream primary education. Our son Nathan exhibits several traits of Autistic Spectrum Disorder and has had developmental delay in speech and social skills. Despite this he is coping in Reception with support and is very happy and attached to his friends. We have just been informed that the school's view is that he should remain in Reception for another year and are in the process of determining if this is in his best interests and what accommodations and support could be put in place.
