Full-Time Live-Out Nanny – Maidenhead

We are looking for a fully qualified, full-time, live-out nanny for our lovely 21-month-old boy. We are two working parents with demanding careers (we both WFH), so we’re looking for someone who is highly self-motivated, proactive, warm, loving, and positive, and who can take initiative without needing constant direction. Reliability, good judgment, and the ability to manage the day and handle sole-charge care with confidence are essential.

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

ASAP

? Commitment:
1-year minimum (longer preferred)

? Salary:
£33,280.00 gross per year (£16 gross/hour)

? Contract Includes:
Holiday pay, pension, and other benefits per UK employment law

? Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive, warm, and age-appropriate care for our 21-month-old son

Plan and engage in stimulating activities that support early development — including shapes, colours, numbers, messy play, and Montessori-style learning

Take our son to local activities such as toddler groups, forest school, parks, and nature walks

Prepare and serve fresh, nutritious meals (no salt, sugar, pork, or ultra-processed foods)

Manage daily routines — including mealtimes, nappy changes, nap times, and assist with potty training using a gentle and consistent approach

Keep child-related areas clean and organised — including toys, highchair, stroller, laundry, and bedroom

Rotate and maintain engaging play setups in our indoor and garden play areas

Observe and communicate any developmental milestones or concerns to us

Create a safe, nurturing environment with positive reinforcement

Be self-driven and confident working independently in a busy household

Be flexible and available for occasional extra hours or weekend babysitting with notice

? About Our Son:
Our little boy is calm, curious, and polite. He thrives in an environment full of exploration, learning, and movement. He enjoys trying different foods and being active throughout the day. We're just beginning our potty training journey and would love your support in this. Our previous nanny (with us for 9 months) played a huge part in shaping his positive and confident personality. We’re hoping to find someone equally nurturing and invested.
