I am a kind, flexible, understanding and caring nanny with experience working with children of all ages. I have a passion for childcare, and I believe in a creating safe, fun space for children to grow and learn. I am currently living in the US, but am a British citizen moving back to England and looking for live in nannying work. I have 7 years of experience in childcare, in both live in and live out situations. I have worked with newborns, toddlers, children, and teens.
My Experience
My work in childcare began as a teenager babysitting, something I did for many years. At the age of fourteen, I began nannying my newborn nephew full time for a year. I was a summer camp counselor for girls between the ages of 7-18. I have worked as an Au Pair in Italy for children ages 1-7, and am currently a nanny for a 7 month old in the US.
My Qualifications
I am both CPR and First Aid qualified. I attended university for a year studying elementary education. I didn’t finish my degree as I wanted to get more hands on experience, but I did take many valuable classes such as child development. If there are any qualifications the family I end up working for want me to acquire, I’d be happy to work on them.
