My Summary

My Experience

I adore working with children and young people, helping them to embrace who they are and unlock their potential. I have 3 years experience as a support worker, supporting young people with learning disabilities to access the community and carry out daily activities. I have trained and worked in three primary schools, giving me a wealth of experience working closely with children, families and professionals. I have SEND experience, using a wide range of positive behavioural strategies and routines with children. I have ran a drama club and organised/ lead two singing events for primary children. I have worked as a qualified teacher for two years now, building relationships with children and planning teaching and learning activities.

My Qualifications

I have a Bachelor of Honours degree in Childhood and Early years studies. I then went onto complete the Teach First training programme, qualifying as a primary school teacher and receiving my PGCE in 2022. I currently work as HLTA, teaching and supporting children from nursery to year six in a primary school in Gosforth. I have experience managing and supporting children's behavioural and educational needs.

My Availability

I work full time Monday to Friday so my availability is primarily Friday evenings and weekends. Fridays and Saturdays can be overnight.
I may be able to work occasional evenings through the week during term time.
During school holidays, I am available mornings, evenings and overnight.
I am not currently a driver but can pay for my own transportation.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour

My minimum rate is £12 p/h, but I am happy to negotiate depending on parent/ carers individual circumstances. Please text or call me to discuss - I am friendly and happy to be contacted whenever.
