My Experience

After university, I worked as a holiday Nanny in Verbier, Switzerland for two winter seasons, this led me onto my position working privately for a family in Kensington, London. Since then, I have worked with a number of different families and children, ranging in ages, from three weeks to fifteen years old. My role as a nanny has been very exciting, it is a very nurturing role but it is also a crucial time in the early development to help them start building their education building blocks.
I previously worked in adult social care. My time in this role allowed me to transfer those skills and develop my own knowledge. I am very passionate about working with children with Special Educational Needs. My position as a care worker, in supported living for adults with learning disabilities, sparked real joy, and a want to learn more. And has grown an interest in understanding how children with additional needs can overcome barriers to learning, while integrating into mainstream schools or in future society.
I moved to Hong Kong in January 2023 with a family whilst working as a nanny. Since living in Hong Kong, my passion for teaching and working as an educator grew and with that, I decided to move into a role where I can work as a full time facilitator of education. I have been working as a tutor in Hong Kong since August 2023.

My Qualifications

I graduated from the University of West England with a BA Hons in Early Childhood Studies (2018), I also have my Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education which I obtained in 2012.

My Availability

I am looking for a work- life balance. Ideally, a four day work week. However, I can be flexible on this, depending on hours per week etc.

My Fees

• Nannying from £18.00 per hour (gross)

£18- 22 gross/ hour
