About Me

Hi my name is sophie and im currently studying law at nottingham trent univeristy. Im a very outgoing, bubbly person and I love to work with kids. Previous to univeristy I studied law, texstiles and psychology at godalming college. My favourite subject was textsiles due to the fact I am a very creative person and to continue that passion I do lots of making with one of my younger brothers. As I was surronded by four brothers growing up I found a passion for the outdoors. This also meant I had the best of both worlds as i was able to go on bike rides, play in the woods and do lego but also do the girly things with my mum. I currently love taking my little brother to the park and playing football and also helping him read at home.

My Experience

Im looking for a babysitting job as I have past experience of working with children and I have a bubbly energetic personality. For the past two years I have been budying an autistic girl wich has required me to plan activties, take her out in the day time and also learn techniques to help her manage her meltdowns. Additionaly, I have been surronded by children from an early age due to my mum running a childcare company from home when I was younger. On top of this I have three younger siblings, one of wich I helped a lot with due to my mum being a single parent. One of my siblings also has suspected autism so Im well equipped to look after children with special needs. Before starting university I also worked in a nursery for a few months wich I absolutely adored, and id love to work with children again whilst continuing my studies at univeristy.

My Qualifications

I have an enahnced DBS check.
A levels:
Law (B), Texstiles(B), Psychology(C)
GCSE: 9 GCSEs

My Availability

For the next month I have a lot more availability due to not having lessons as im revising for my exams. Therefore, im basically available at any point in the day.
