My Requirements
My son is 18 months and not speaking. He isn’t very good in new social environments he struggles with new people and a lot of people. He is very bright and understands a lot. I wanted to see if there was a childminder out there that might suit him better than a nursery. We are also currently looking into nurseries but I feel a childminder with less children may be a better start. I am after someone who is going to help with his speech and teach him as much as possible. He loves being outside. Two mornings a week to start with preferably and then increase once improvement is made. I will need to be in a position to claim the money back from the government. (80%)
