My Requirements
I work night shifts which end at 08:30 in Sutton Coldfield, so it takes me approx 1 hour to drive home. As my partner starts work at 09:00, we need a childminder for our 2 (almost 3) year old for a few mornings a week, 08:00-10:00. My shifts do occasionally change without a great deal of notice, so flexibility would be amazing, although I completely understand as much notice as possible is preferred.
