My Requirements
Flexible / adhoc company for daughter when I am away travelling for business or at weekends. Daughter at university doing Early Childhood Studies, but has Aspergers (very mild autism) and as an only child, not keen to leave her at home on her own when I am away on business or travelling. Require someone to act as a companion/confidant in evenings (weekend afternoons) or help with cooking/baking. Ability to stay the odd overnight would be ideal.
