Hi! I’m Mia, i’m 21 and I live with my family in ironbridge. I am currently saving up to go travelling around Australia, I work part time as a waitress and do cleaning for elderly people for extra money. But I am looking for a semi flexible job child minding. I consider myself an optimistic, caring and patient individual that enjoys life.
My Experience
I have plenty of experience of childcare- Coming from a very big immediate family and outer family being 1 of 25 first cousins I have looked out for younger ones a lot of my life! Also an auntie to 3 beautiful boys aged 0-7. My step mum is head of a very good nursery where i worked for my work experience.
I have also worked in care for end of life/ elderly, I know this is very different to beginning of life! But i definitely think certain skills i learnt there are transferable.
My Qualifications
Level 2 beauty therapy
Level 3 beauty therapy
Moving and handling course I did while being a care assistant aswell as fully first aid trained
While I don’t have tonnes of qualifications I have a lot of initiative and life skills that cannot be taught
My Availability
I am very much available atm as soon as a child minding job props up I would be happy to take it over my hospitality job.
