My Qualifications

Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Early Years / Childcare (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, City & Guilds)
• DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) – mandatory for anyone working with children
• Paediatric First Aid Certificate (12-hour course, often a must-have in nurseries)
• Safeguarding & Child Protection training (sometimes provided by employer if you don’t have it yet)
• Experience with children (paid or voluntary—sometimes even babysitting counts!)
