My Summary
About Me
I'm looking forward to childminding again - it's been a while since I've had pre-schoolers in the house! I'm offering a home from home experience - we'll play, cook, get creative, go for walks with the dog, visit lots of different parks, go to the library, read books, go to toddler groups, make dens and more and generally have a busy day!
We have a small mixed breed dog, a cat and 2 rabbits, and plenty of space inside and out. I have local childminding friends from years previous, which means we've got lovely company from the start.
I have quiet spaces inside for nap times, with both cots and beds available.
Downstairs I have an open plan kitchen/play area with a utility and downstairs bathroom attached, meaning we are all together and within sight of each other during the day.
Our garden is a good size, and is safe and secure. We have an above ground pool, only used in the summer (heated), to which there is no ladder access when not in use. I will talk through all safety precautions during a visit.
We are still 4 people at home - all DBS checked. The 2 teenagers are mostly out during the day, but will I'm sure be caught loafing on the sofa once or twice!
My Experience
I am a mum to 3 of my own, now all 16+, and was a registered childminder to 1 to 11 year olds for many years whilst they were small. I have worked with SEN children (11 to 16 year olds) and have experience with ADHD, particularly in girls.
My Qualifications
I have a degree in Business, qualifications in counselling and Autism, and will have an updated First Aid qualification.
My Availability
I'll have availability from August/September 2025 for full or part time, Monday to Friday, term time or all year.

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
Daily fee £60, 8am to 6pm, inclusive of morning and afternoon snack, lunch and dinner. Bottles and weaning food are NOT included where needed.
After school - pick up to 6pm, £16 including snack and dinner.
