Shannon looked after our 6 month old and was wonderful. She goes above and beyond her duties and was a pleasure to deal with.
She was very responsive to messages and made time to get to know our little one and was very caring and considerate.
I would highly recommend Shannon, she was first class.

We have had a brilliant experience working with Mhairi. She helped cement a sleeping routine with our 5 month old and supported her through the night.
