Unreliable & let down last min for our wedding !

Booked with this lady to look after our young children while we got ready for our wedding & for her to look after the children while we said our vows , she met the children then let us down the last minute a week before our wedding and even after we tried to still get her to come just for the ceremony she didn’t reply to messages sent to her . Extremely upset and disappointed with her service & how unfairly treated I was by her as I had booked her months in advance & she had guaranteed me that she had booked the whole day out of her diary for me.

I met the children once in February, I was then cancelled in March a couple of days before the full shift I had been booked for with no rescheduling or anything.
I was told by Nicola early in May that she would book me for a few sessions in the month leading up to her wedding in July. I did not hear anything until a week before the wedding, but as I had not heard, I had kept my regular client, rather someone who had a history of cancelling and had not been in contact for over a month.
