About Me
Hello! I'm a student at the University of Oxford reading for a degree in Philosophy Politics and Economics. I have worked as a private tutor for the past 4 years (and been an older sister most of my life!) so I have quite a bit of experience tutoring. I love working with children through their academic challenges and I've found that anyone can succeed with a little bit of steering in the right direction! Having had my own stumbles early on in my education, I am empathetic and engaged - we're going to work collaboratively to get this done.
My Experience
I have tutored two students for the 11+, both of whom made it in to their first choice school. I have also tutored GCSE English Literature, Politics and Economics, and IB English Literature, History, and Economics.
My Qualifications
I have a 41/45 776 in my IB diploma and 15 A*s at GCSE
My Availability
(Available in-person and Online)
I am very flexible and may have occasional availability outside the times below. However, I will require 24 hours advance notice for deviations from schedule.
My Fees
- Tutoring from £20.00 per hour
GCSE and IB students will be charged between 25-30 per hour depending on the subject. This is to reflect the number of study resources that will be created and personalized for the student to supplement teaching.
