My son’s place was confirmed on 4th August and an invoice was sent with the fees. I received a text message from Emma less than 48 hours before I was due to start my new job letting me know that she does not have the availability now due to her assistant not starting until September. Just want to make other parents aware as I have now had to turn my job down. I received no apology from Emma and was blocked from this website, the childcare Facebook page and even my personal Facebook page which I have never contacted Emma on.

The cancellation of your son's place was due to the missed payment deadlines, as the Job Center had not confirmed payment on time. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold spots without payment confirmation, and this policy is in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all families.
Additionally, I noticed that a visit to assess whether our services were a suitable fit for your child did not take place before the cancellation. We always encourage parents to visit our facility beforehand to ensure it's the right environment for their children.
I also want to address your comment about being blocked. While I strive to maintain open communication with all families, I had to block contact due to threats of slander and concerns about my professional reputation. It’s important for me to feel safe and respected in our interactions, and I hope you understand this decision was made in light of the circumstances.
Again, I’m truly sorry for any inconvenience caused, and I hope you find the right childcare that meets your needs.
