My Experience
Throughout my career, I have worked with students across all primary key stages and lower secondary levels, specialising in English, Maths, Science, and ESOL. I have extensive experience supporting learners of all abilities, including gifted students and those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), such as dyslexia and other learning difficulties.
My teaching style is flexible, hands-on, and engaging. I am passionate about making learning accessible and enjoyable for all pupils, and I adapt my methods to suit individual learning styles. I have successfully helped students close learning gaps, build confidence, and achieve academic success through personalised and supportive instruction.
In addition to classroom teaching, I provide one-to-one and small group tuition, both online and in person. I work closely with families and local organisations to ensure each student receives the support they need to thrive.
My Qualifications
I hold a BA and a Master’s degree, along with a PGCE qualification, and have over 20 years of teaching experience across a range of age groups and abilities. I offer high-quality, personalised tuition both face-to-face and online, including support for students with special educational needs (SEN) and those with gaps in their learning. My approach is flexible, engaging, and tailored to help each learner achieve their full potential.

My Fees
- Tutoring from £15.00 per hour
