My Requirements
We’re looking for a warm, attentive childminder to care for our one-year-old son, Silver, ideally 2–3 days a week. We’d love someone with experience in early years who can provide a nurturing, stimulating environment that supports his development through play, music, and outdoor activities. Gentle, responsive care is important to us. Basic meal prep and nappy changes will be part of the role. Ideally, you’ll be local to Loughton and open to a long-term arrangement if the fit is right.
