Hi, I’m Elvera a dedicated and caring childminder with a passion for supporting children’s growth and development in a safe, nurturing environment. My Experience
I’ve been looking after children for several years, mainly for family, friends, and neighbours, and it’s something I’ve always loved doing. I’ve cared for kids of all ages—from babies to school-aged children—and each one has taught me something new. Whether I’m helping with homework, playing games, doing arts and crafts, or just keeping them company, I try to create a fun, safe, and comforting space. Even though I’m not professionally trained, I’ve got plenty of hands-on experience and a natural love for being around children.
My Qualifications
I have several years of hands-on experience caring for children, including those with special needs. Eg Autism, ADHD,Physical disability.
Through my work with families, friends, and neighbours, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how to support children with different abilities and individual needs. I’m patient, adaptable, and always focused on making each child feel included, supported, and valued. While I may not have formal childcare qualifications, my real-life experience has taught me how to create a calm, encouraging, and nurturing environment where every child can feel safe and thrive.
