About Me
Casual babysitter/ carer needed mainly for a Friday evening and sometimes on a Sunday evening. Located in Holbeach in a pleasant spacious house to care and keep a 10 year old boy safe and secure whilst the primary care giver has a break.
My Requirements
The most important thing I am looking for is someone vigilant and responsive to keep a young person safe in the home.
An understanding of ADHD AND AUTISM would be beneficial and confident to intercept unwanted and dangerous behaviours. Occasionally you may be required to cook a light meal and do some tidying up to keep the home safe.
You will also need to be physically fit enough to keep up with a busy energetic boy! Ideally you will also have an understanding of sensory seeking behaviour and be willing to implement existing strategies and perhaps bring any own ideas into action. There must also be a getting to know us time which would mean visits to our home prior to the role starting.
Hourly rate to be discussed at an informal interview and a DBS would also have to be done at my expense.
