My Experience

I have over five years of experience working with children of all ages and abilities, including those with Autism, Down Syndrome, and other learning needs. I also support EAL (English as an Additional Language) students and teach English as a Second Language (ESOL), helping children build confidence and improve their communication skills.

My background includes a Master’s degree in English & Education Management, a Childcare & Education certification, and hands-on experience in both mainstream and SEND Early Years settings. I’m confident working with the EYFS Framework and have a strong understanding of developmental stages and different learning styles. This helps me support each child’s communication, social, emotional, physical, and creative development in ways that suit them best.

I offer tutoring both online and in person, tailoring each session to meet the child’s individual needs, learning style, and pace. I use a variety of age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities to keep learning engaging and fun while supporting milestone development.

Parents often appreciate how I adapt sessions to suit their child’s personality and needs, helping build both skills and self-confidence, especially for children learning English as an additional language.

I take safeguarding, equality, and inclusivity seriously, and I work hard to make every child feel seen, heard, and genuinely valued.

Whether I’m tutoring or babysitting, my goal is to create a warm, safe environment. During babysitting, I also support feeding and personal care where needed, always making sure children feel comfortable and well cared for.

My Qualifications

I hold a Master’s degree in Education Management, along with certificates in Childcare and Education and Homebase Childcare. These qualifications have given me a strong understanding of child development, especially in the Early Years Foundation Stage. My training equips me to support children’s learning and development across all areas, including physical, emotional, social, and academic growth. I’m also well-versed in safeguarding and child safety, ensuring every child is cared for in a secure and nurturing environment.

My Availability

Babysitting:
I’m available Monday to Saturday for morning, before and after school, and afternoon care. Evening babysitting can be arranged with prior notice.
On Saturdays, I’m available all day from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
I also offer school pickups and drop-offs, as long as the school is within walking distance.

Tutoring:
Available Monday to Saturday, both online and in person.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
• Tutoring from £18.00 per hour

Tutoring: £18 per hour, per child (includes reading, writing, homework support, and travel).

Babysitting: £13.50 per hour, per child

Additional children (babysitting only): +£7 per hour, per child
