Whether your child needs help catching up, staying on track, or being challenged beyond the classroom, I provide structured yet supportive guidance in core subjects including English, Maths, Reading, Writing, and Phonics. Lessons are designed to be fun, interactive, and rooted in the national curriculum.

My Experience
I’m a fully qualified primary school teacher with a passion for helping young learners thrive. Alongside my classroom teaching, I’ve also worked one-to-one as a Learning Support Assistant, giving me a well-rounded understanding of how to tailor support to each child’s individual needs.
I specialise in Years 1, 2, and 3, but I offer tutoring across all primary year groups. My experience includes working with children of all abilities, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), and I’m confident in adapting lessons to make learning accessible, engaging, and enjoyable for every child.
What sets my approach apart is the strong, trusting relationships I build with the children I work with. I believe that when a child feels safe, supported, and encouraged, they become more confident learners. My sessions are structured yet nurturing, with a focus on boosting self-belief as well as academic progress.
My Qualifications
I am a fully qualified Primary School Teacher, holding a Postgraduate certificate in Primary Education with QTS], with strong academic foundations in key subject areas.
Before completing my teacher training, I studied A Levels in English Literature and Language, Geography and Graphic Design which deepened my subject knowledge and helped shape my passion for education. These subjects continue to inform my teaching practice, particularly when delivering tailored support in English at primary level.
My Availability
I currently offer flexible tutoring slots on weekdays, both in-person and online.
Monday to Friday: After school from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
?Local Area Only – I work with families in Winchester and Chandlers Ford providing one-to-one support in the comfort of your home or a local agreed location.
