About Me
I'm 26 and based in Stratford Upon Avon. I have previously worked as a Housekeeping Manager, Fitness Manager, PT and Sports Massage Therapist and, more recently, have worked in a secondary school as a TA and boarding house parent. I will be going back to Uni at the end of August to complete a PGCE so looking for something short term (present-08/08/25) to keep things ticking over. I love to read, I'm very sporty and love all things Disney and Harry Potter. I'm the second oldest of 7 children ranging in age from 29 years old to 4 years old.
My Experience
I have no formal nanny qualifications but have plenty of experience with children, my own siblings in particular from newborn onwards. I am confident with children of all ages and personalities and I'm happy to get stuck in with screen free activities - I'm an advocate for outdoor play whatever the weather too but also more than happy to cuddle up with a film if that's what's needed. I'd be confident delivering First Aid should the need arise, preparing meals according to dietary requirements/preferences and helping with daily/nightly routines. At my recent school-based job I was the personal TA to a girl with special educational needs and I am also comfortable dealing with any other needs a child may have. Additionally, I'd be happy to do a bit of cleaning if that would be helpful, having worked as a Housekeeping Manager previously in a high end hotel, I have high standards and actually enjoy the process of it.
My Qualifications
No formal childcare qualifications. First Aid trained, including infants. DBS checked from previous jobs but will acquire a personal DBS should it be needed.
