About Me
Hello, I am a 23 year old early years educator who has just moved to London. I have a real passion for working with young children and am looking forward to getting started as a Nanny. I love the arts and have been performing my whole life, I feel this is a necessary skill when working with children. I speak semi-fluent French and am already DBS checked and have my paediatric first aid certificate.
My Experience
Over the past year I have been working towards my level 3 early years educator qualification in Bristol, unfortunately as I am relocating to London I have had to leave my current nursery and will not be able to complete it. I have worked in the baby room of the nursery for a year now and have experience with bottle feeding, nappy changing and weaning. I also have experience working in primary schools for a charity that brought drama lessons to underprivileged areas. The aim was to help the children put on a full shakespearian play by the end of term.
My Qualifications
I have my Paediatric First Aid certificate which is valid for the next three years.
I have a BA in musical theatre, which I believe is extremely applicable to childcare.
As before mentioned, I am halfway through my Level 3 early years education apprenticeship, operating at Level 2.
My Availability
I currently have full availability, but am applying for some volunteer listening work which will be one full weekday, weekly.
