My Experience
I bring over three years of hands on childcare experience, working both as a private childminder for families and as a dedicated nursery practitioner in a formal early years setting. This combination has given me a strong foundation in providing nurturing, structured, and developmentally appropriate care for children of varying ages and needs.
My work in the nursery setting has been especially formative and rewarding. I’ve cared for children ranging from 6 months to 5 years old, supporting their growth through daily routines, interactive learning, and age-appropriate play. I was actively involved in implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, contributing to activity planning, observations, and developmental tracking. In addition to my nursery role, I’ve worked as a private childminder, providing one on one care within family homes.
