My Requirements
We are a loving, blended and growing family with three wonderful children aged between 6 and 11 years old, seeking an experienced and nurturing live-out nanny to join our household.

We take a gentle and calm parenting approach, prioritising emotional connection, clear boundaries, and mutual respect. Our children are vibrant, curious, and each has their own unique personality. We value kindness, patience, and consistency in how we raise them, and we’re looking for someone who shares those values.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a professional, Ofsted-registered nanny who is:
Naturally nurturing, kind, and emotionally attuned
Able to establish trust and build strong relationships with children
Confident in implementing gentle discipline and setting healthy boundaries
Reliable, flexible, and proactive in daily routines and play
Experienced with multiple children and blended family dynamics
Comfortable supporting homework, school runs, and structured activities
Open to occasional overnight care (with plenty of notice given)
Willing to accompany us on family holidays (all expenses covered)
Happy to plan and take the children on day trips or outings (all costs covered by us)
Additional Details:
Live-out position with occasional overnight stays when required (you will have your own private space in our home for these times)
Regular hours with some flexibility required due to our professional commitments
Ideally, someone who sees this as a long-term role and values becoming part of our extended family
