My Summary
About Me
I’m 19 years old and have studied Health and Social Care from Level 2 to Level 3, which has helped shape the caring, compassionate person I am today. I’m also trained in Emergency First Aid at Work as the safety and wellbeing of all individuals are always a priority for me.
Growing up as the eldest sibling, I’ve always had a strong sense of responsibility, especially when it comes to my younger sister. I’ve looked after her from a young age and would do absolutely anything in the world to make sure she’s happy, safe, and supported. That experience really taught me how important it is to be patient, nurturing, and understanding, qualities I bring into every babysitting role.
I’m naturally bubbly, empathetic, and full of energy, and my approach to looking after children is to become their next best friend so that they have someone they feel comfortable with, can turn to for help or advice, and can simply have fun with. I come from a big family, so looking after kids is honestly in my blood. And with a new baby cousin on the way, I’m constantly surrounded by little ones and I love it!
My hobbies include baking, cooking, art, and gaming all of which I’m happy to share with the children I care for, depending on what they enjoy. I also have two sweet boy cats that I adore, and I hold the memory of my baby girl cat, Peaches, very close to my heart. I’m more than happy to care for your fur babies too, becaue I know they’re family just like anyone else.
I understand that letting someone new into your home and trusting them with your children isn’t always easy. That’s why I’d love the opportunity to have a pre-meet, so you and your kids (and pets!) can get to know me, feel comfortable, and see if I’d be a good fit for your family.
I’m also passionate about my future I plan to go to university to become a paramedic because helping others is what I truly love.
I’m open to learning how your family works and how I can best support you. As parents, you deserve a break and a helping hand and I’d love to be part of your support system.
