About Me
Teecee’s Home Nursery is a warm, home-from-home childcare setting based in Queen's Park. I provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children from 0 to 7 years can learn, play, and thrive. My setting is open year-round, with flexible hours to support working families. This includes early drop-offs, late pick-ups, and weekend care upon request.

My Experience
I bring over 20 years of childcare experience, working with children from newborns to school age. My journey began as a mother, nanny and family support worker and has since evolved into opening my own home-based nursery, where I can offer more tailored and personal care.
Throughout my career, I’ve supported children through every stage of early development, from feeding and weaning to early learning, toilet training, and preparing for school. I’m passionate about creating a space where children feel loved, safe, and free to be themselves.
I’m a registered childminder, fully insured, trained in Paediatric First Aid, and follow the EYFS framework to support children’s development in line with Ofsted standards.

My Fees
- Childminding from £8.50 per hour
My rates start from £8.50 per hour, depending on the child’s age, hours required, and whether parents choose to include meals, snacks, nappies etc. I offer both care-only and all-inclusive options to suit different family needs. Discounts are available for siblings and full-time bookings. Please get in touch for a personalised quote.

Peace of Mind Every Drop-Off – Teecee is Amazing
I always feel completely at ease leaving my daughter with Teecee. From the moment we arrive, she makes her feel comfortable, safe, and happy. Teecee is so warm, patient, and genuinely caring—our little one instantly bonds with her every time.
She’s incredibly reliable and flexible, always accommodating our schedule and communicating clearly about the day. It’s obvious she loves what she does, and she pays attention to every little detail to make sure my daughter is happy and well cared for.
Knowing that my daughter is in such loving hands makes drop-offs stress-free and gives me total peace of mind. I couldn’t recommend Teecee highly enough to any parent looking for a trustworthy, caring, and amazing babysitter

Teecee is a very kind, understanding person who really helped us look after our 5 month old when we needed it (around 4/5 days over 3/4 weeks). She accommodated last minute bookings and communicated well. I forgot nappies and there was no complaints about her having to go get some (and be reimbursed). She showed love to our baby. Home was very clean, tidy and warm.
On the other side of this, our baby came home with heat rash after being put to sleep inside in a pram suit. Tv was always on at pick up and drop off and she came home with a red bum. I don’t believe any of this was intentional at all and I did provide clearer instructions after these instances but didn’t feel like they were all completely met. This is my first baby so I am more protective but I’m also in the childcare area of work myself so I have a lot of understanding on how things can get forgotten. The bus to get home at the end of the day (328) was also very irregular and busy and it made a 20min journey home, an hour journey. After all of the above we just weren’t 100% confident leaving our baby there and we have now hired a nanny instead.
Overall Teecee has great intentions and shows a lot of love but needs parents that will be more upfront and clearer about what’s ok and what’s not rather than it being hidden in a message such as “we notice she runs hot so doesn’t need many layers on inside” as it wasn’t understood and came home with heat rash again.

Thank you for your feedback. It was a pleasure caring for your little one and being able to support your family when childcare was urgently needed.
I am really surprised to read some of the concerns mentioned, as they were not raised with me during care. I always follow the guidance given by parents to ensure each child’s comfort; any preferences you did share were carefully followed and adjusted once mentioned.
Open and honest communication is very important to me. Every child is unique, and I value working closely with parents to provide the best care possible. I always welcome clear feedback so that I can adapt accordingly.
