Here at 1decision, we support nurseries and childminders with our award-winning, immersive Personal Development resources—trusted by thousands of educators across the UK. Designed in line with the EYFS framework and created by experts in early education and safeguarding, our materials help you deliver PSED with confidence, clarity, and real impact.
My Experience
While already providing our established primary resources to thousands of schools across the UK for 12 years to support schools in delivering PSHE, we recognised the importance of reaching children even earlier. We’ve developed an Early Years Online Portal, designed specifically to support childminders and early years settings in delivering meaningful Personal, Social, and Emotional Development and capturing observations with confidence.
Recognised as a finalist in two categories at the Teach Early Years Awards in 2024, our portal offers animated edutoons, read-to-me stories, observation games, practitioner support and mapping, and much more.
Children are guided through the resources by our colourful RainbowDrop characters, who help little ones explore the wider world around them—building the vocabulary, knowledge, and skills they need to solve problems, build relationships, develop empathy, stay safe, and thrive.
