About Me
Hello, I am Melissa and I am Isaac’s Mum. We live on Gratrix street Gorton. Isaac attends Sacred Heart school and is about to go into year 3.
I am hoping to start my level 4 in counselling in September and I need some help picking Isaac up from school on a Tuesday as my new course doesn’t finish until 4:30 and near Moss side.
Isaac has autism (although we call it super-special senses). He is high functioning but there are some issues with working memory and retaining instructions.
This in school has often resulted in him being shouted at by the teacher for not listening. Because of this we now know that Isaac is very sensitive to tone of voice and can become very upset when people use a raised voice at him.
I am looking for somebody with SEND experience &/or training. Who will have patience with Isaac and understand that he is in the 2nd percentile for his working memory.
Other than that he is a lovely sociable chatty boy who is kind and wants to make friends.
My Requirements
I need school collection on Tuesdays for the next two years from September. Isaac will finish class at 3:25.
