About Me
We’re a loving couple expecting our first baby — a long-awaited IVF miracle girl — due around Christmas via planned C-section. I’ll be recovering but still want to be as hands-on as possible. We live with my godmother and our sweet Chihuahua, Molly. My partner James works from home and will be off for a month over Christmas. We’re looking for someone calm, kind, and respectful to support us during this incredibly special time.
My Requirements
I’m looking for a kind, experienced night nurse to help support me with my first baby, due 1st January. I’ll be having a planned C-section between 18th and 30th December (38–39 weeks), so I’m hoping to arrange some gentle, overnight support from then.
This baby is our IVF miracle – very loved, very longed for, and incredibly precious. I don’t want to miss a single moment with her, but I know I’ll be recovering from surgery and will need some support so I can rest and recover well.
I’d like to keep her with me overnight. I’ll be breastfeeding and pumping, so I’ll prepare a couple of bottles in advance each night for you to do two to three feeds, and I’ll do the rest. I’d love someone who can help settle her, support with nappy changes (I’ll still want to do some too!), and be a calm, reassuring presence.
You must have a full CV and at least two references – non-negotiable.
Ideally looking for 4–5 nights a week, starting from late December.
