About Me
I am a mum of two beautiful girls, Isabelle (4) and Amelie (7 months), wife to Nick, and work in Asset Management in the City.
As an employer, I consider myself friendly, approachable and a good communicator. I will always set out and agree expectations up front to avoid any problems down the track. We have had two nannies previously.
My Requirements
We are looking for a full-time, live out nanny to work Monday to Friday for 40 - 46 hours per week. The role will include looking after our baby, Amelie, full-time, dropping/picking up Isabelle (4) from school, and having both children in the late afternoon/early evening. The key things we are looking for in a nanny are a strong bond with our girls and a proactive, conscientious mindset.
Duties of the role will include:
- dressing the children and getting them ready for bed on longer days
- taking Amelie out each day - eg. to a baby class or play group
- taking Isabelle to and from school, and on to any after-school clubs (eg. swimming lesson)
- general care of the family dog - taking on a walk each morning whilst Amelie naps in the pram and topping up food / water throughout the day
- cooking / meal prep for both children
- ocassional shopping for items for children
- washing and ironing of children’s clothes
- keeping children’s areas (play and bedroom) neat and tidy
- preparing meal plan and activity plan for the week
- ensuring the areas where you have worked are clean and tidy at the end of the day
