About Me
I am a qualified primary teacher with multiple years of classroom and tutoring experience, offering personalised support across KS1, KS2 and KS3 in the core subjects of English, Maths and Science. I provide tailored preparation for key assessments including the Phonics Screening Check, Year 4 Multiplication Tables Check, SATs, 11+ exams, and GCSE preparation.
My sessions are carefully adapted to each learner’s needs, helping to build confidence, close learning gaps, and extend higher achievers. In addition to academic tuition, I also deliver SEMH wellbeing sessions to support children’s emotional health, resilience, and confidence in learning.
I offer both online and in-person tutoring, creating a calm, supportive environment where every child can thrive.
My Experience
I am a qualified primary teacher with several years of experience teaching across KS1 and KS2, supporting pupils with a wide range of abilities and needs, including those with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). I have planned and delivered tailored lessons to help all learners succeed, ensuring that children with additional needs receive the support they require to thrive.
During my teaching career, I have prepared children for key milestones such as the Year 4 Multiplication Tables Check, and KS2 SATs, as well as supporting transition into secondary school. I also have experience working with KS3, strengthening their knowledge in the core subjects and preparing them for exams.
This combination of classroom expertise, SEND experience, and one-to-one tutoring allows me to deliver lessons that are engaging, structured, and fully adapted to each learner’s needs, helping every child reach their full potential.
