About Me

I have lived in Hillingdon, London my whole life and I am 21 years old. I enjoy spending time with friends, exploring different restaurants, and occasionally taking on daredevil activities like visiting Thorpe Park!

Since the age of 16, I have worked in childcare on and off, developing a special interest in building trust with children so they feel safe and able to thrive. My passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) grew when my nephew was diagnosed with autism at the age of two. This personal experience led me to work in SEN support throughout school, from reception right through to age 19.

Alongside this, I have also developed a strong interest in midwifery, which I will be studying full-time at university. My goal is to combine my passions for childcare, SEN, and midwifery, continuing to work with families and children in meaningful ways. I hope to build a career that brings together the aspects I love most—supporting, nurturing, and helping others thrive.

My Experience

I have worked in childcare on and off since the age of 16, supporting children and young people of a wide range of ages and needs. My experience includes looking after babies under 12 months, where I supported their feeding, sleep routines, and early developmental milestones, as well as older children and young people right up to age 19.

I have worked extensively with children with complex needs, including those with autism, learning difficulties, and other additional needs. My role has often focused on building trust and providing consistent support, helping children feel safe, included, and able to reach their full potential.

My main responsibilities have included creating a nurturing and safe environment, supporting children with daily routines, assisting with educational activities, promoting independence, and working closely with families to ensure continuity of care.

My Qualifications

I am a dedicated childcare professional with experience supporting children of all ages, including those with additional and complex needs. I hold a Level 2 Qualification in Childcare, alongside ABA Approach Training for working with children with SEN and additional needs. I also have Level 3 Health and Social Care (Healthcare Sciences), giving me a strong foundation in both childcare and healthcare.

To complement this, I have achieved Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths, and completed Level 2 Safeguarding and Prevent Training, ensuring I can provide safe, effective, and inclusive care. My qualifications, combined with hands-on experience, reflect my commitment to creating nurturing, supportive environments where children can thrive.

My Availability

From September 2025, I will be starting my first year at university, studying to become a fully registered midwife. My course will require me to be at university around 2–3 days a week, which still allows me the flexibility to dedicate time to a nanny role alongside my studies.

This is a wonderful opportunity for me to combine both of my passions—caring for children and supporting families—while gaining valuable experience that complements my future career in midwifery. I see a nanny role not only as a job, but as a meaningful part of my week where I can continue to do what I love and further develop the skills that will serve me in my professional journey. I will be available most THURSDAYS, FRIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.
