About Me
With over a decade of experience in primary education, I am a passionate and dedicated teacher who believes in the power of learning to inspire, challenge and transform.
My teaching philosophy is that of fostering a love of learning through a balance of academic rigour, exploration and an individualised approach.
As both Class Teacher and Maths Lead in my last role, I have embraced a creative, topic-based curriculum that integrates different subjects while building an engaging student experience.
My Experience
I have over a decade of classroom experience. Over the past four years, I have played a key role in shaping the maths curriculum at my school as a maths lead.
Alongside my leadership responsibilities, I have remained dedicated to classroom teaching, shaping an environment where students develop confidence, resilience and a genuine love of learning.
I have also worked closely with parents, running curriculum workshops and providing guidance on online resources to support home learning.
My Qualifications
I have a PGCE in primary education and a master’s degree in child development.
