We made the switch from a nursery to a childminder, initially worried it might be a step down in care. But from the moment Sammi welcomed us into her warm, homely setting, we realised it was quite the opposite.
Her one-on-one attention, genuine care, and calm, nurturing approach have been outstanding. Our child settled in beautifully, and we’ve seen such positive changes, happier mornings, more confident play, and a real sense of security.
Sammi’s communication is second to none. She sends regular updates and lovely photos that brighten our day and keep us closely connected to what’s happening. From day one, she was transparent and professional, sharing all her certificates and documents, which gave us complete peace of mind.
We feel incredibly lucky to have found her. Sammi isn’t just a childminder she’s a trusted partner in our child’s early years, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Sammi has been an incredible support to our family over the past 8 months. From the moment my 18-month-old started with her, I noticed a real transformation, my child has come out of their shell in ways I didn’t expect so soon. Sammi’s gentle, attentive approach has made a huge difference, especially as we’ve been navigating some speech delays. She’s gone above and beyond to encourage development, offering extra help and thoughtful activities tailored to my child’s needs.
She’s also been a lifesaver when it comes to logistics. My weekly rota can be unpredictable, but Sammi has consistently been flexible and understanding, which has made juggling work and childcare so much easier. She even helped guide me through the childcare funding process, which was a huge relief.
I’ve seen her Ofsted registration and DBS documents, and everything is fully in order, she’s professional, trustworthy, and clearly passionate about what she does. I feel completely confident leaving my child in her care, and I’m so grateful to have found someone who combines warmth, skill, and reliability so seamlessly. I do believe she’s just had her Ofsted rating also.
Highly recommended to any parent looking for a nurturing and dependable childminder.
