About Me
I grew up in Northern Ireland as the youngest of five children, so I know all about busy households, sharing and how to keep up with lots of different personalities! Family has always been a big part of my life and I think that’s where my love of looking after little ones comes from.
For the past couple of years, I’ve been working with children aged 0-11 at my local church, which has been such a joy, from helping with crafts and games to making sure everyone feels included and cared for. I really enjoy bringing a mix of fun and calm, whether that’s keeping children busy with an activity or giving them the reassurance they need.
Right now, I’m excited to take that experience into a nanny role. I’d love to be a friendly, reliable presence for your family and help make everyday life run that little bit smoother, while making sure your children feel happy and supported.
My Experience
I’ve cared for my 4-year-old nephew regularly, as well as children aged 0-11 in kids groups at church and three children outside of Sundays (ages 4, 3, and 1). My responsibilities included:
- Playing games, reading stories, and doing simple crafts together
- Helping with snacks and mealtimes
- Keeping little ones entertained with outdoor play and fun activities
- Making sure children felt safe, calm, and included
- Supporting nap and bedtime routines when needed
Altogether, I’ve been caring for children in these settings for the past two years.
My Qualifications
3 A-Levels, 9 GCSEs, Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a Second-Class Honours First Division, Enhanced DBS, Emergency First Aid Qualification (includes children & babies first aid)
