My Requirements

I have two boys aged 9 and 5, they both have complex needs as they were previous looked after children.
They love having one to one attention and being as active as possible, bike rides, walking, climbing, football, monkey bars, tag, trampolining, basket ball you name it they love it, sitting still isn’t an option in our household.
Some behaviours can be challenging due to their early life and so someone who is trauma informed would understand their behaviours and how to mange this better.
We are looking for someone who has flexibility, due to my working shifts some weeks we may need help once another week may need it two or three times.
It would be mostly for school pick up until I get home from work which would be about 8pm.
We’d also like someone who could offer help on the odd weekend, to aid in respite for us or equally cover some work at a weekend too.
We have 2 dogs and guinea pigs, we’d be grateful if the pets could be fed but would not expect you to walk or clean them out at all.
Your main duty will be to care for the boys, which will be full on and fun, whilst we do not expect any house work, we’d be grateful if plates etc were put away.
