I moved back to the UK 20 months ago after living in New Zealand for 11 years!
i currently work in a nursery but want to get back into the nannying world, i’ve got my drivers licence (automatic) but currently don’t have my own car. I have my paediatric first aid and my dbs!
My Experience
I’ve been doing before school, after school and nannying for 7 years, for several different families. I’ve had experience with special needs children, including those on the autism spectrum and angelman syndrome. I’ve worked alongside parents so they can manage the household with their other children and have also had sole care of the children. I’ve also been working in a nursery for the past 18 months predominantly in the toddler room.
Duties have included, getting the children ready for school, taking them to school, household manager (cleaning the house, laundry, grocery shopping, walking dogs, baking, preparing meals, preparing lunchboxes), taking them to after school activities, giving them dinner, baths and getting them ready for bed.
My Qualifications
Currently no specific childcare related qualifications.
My Availability
Currently in full time work and would need a 4 week notice period.
Looking ideally for full time hours (open to working some additional weekend work)
