My Experience
With 2 working parents, I’ve been looking after my siblings practically my whole life, from newborn care (bottles, nappies, nap schedules) to helping school aged children with homework, meals, and bedtime routines. Having siblings and family friends’ kids to care for means I’m confident managing multiple ages at once and handling everything from playtime to daily routines. I’m also comfortable with light household tasks and keeping children engaged without relying on screens.
