Hello,
Looking for some extra work as I study part time for my MSc in Sustainable Food Systems. I have experience with primary and secondary school children and have an up to date DBS certificate and safeguarding certification.
I currently work part time as a science technician in a secondary school.
I’m a very organised and thoughtful person who loves spending time with children. I love exploring the outdoors, being creative with crafts, playing games and sharing my passion for science!l and nature! I love animals and have a cat of my own.
I am also happy to help with any household jobs - i enjoy cleaning, cooking (and ironing embarrassingly!).
I aim to create a calm, safe and supportive environment where children feel comfortable and cared for.
My Experience
I have worked as a teaching assistant in primary schools for 6 months and now work as a science technician with secondary schools students.
I am DBS checked and have recent safeguarding training.
My Qualifications
I have a First Class Hons BSc in Environmental Science
Currently studying for a MSc in Sustainable Food Systems
My Availability
I would be free mostly evenings and overnight but more flexible over weekends and holiday periods.
