My Experience
I’ve been caring for children since I was a teenager, starting with babysitting at 14 and looking after little ones right through to teenagers. I’ve always enjoyed spending time with children and helping them feel comfortable, safe, and happy.
In 2019 I began working part-time with a family who have two children, one of whom has Down syndrome. Through this I’ve gained valuable experience supporting children with additional needs, from helping with daily routines and homework to offering extra patience and care when it’s needed most.
At 22, I feel confident caring for children of all ages and I’m someone parents can rely on to be kind, responsible, and adaptable to their family’s needs.
My Qualifications
While I don’t hold formal childcare qualifications, I bring a wealth of practical experience from growing up in a large family and babysitting for others. This has given me the skills to handle different ages and personalities with confidence, patience, and care.
My Availability
I currently work full-time Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, from home. This means I’m available to help with childcare in the mornings before school or nursery, and I’m also happy to offer ad-hoc babysitting on some evenings and weekends when families need an extra hand.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
As babysitting is my second job, I’m not available for all-day childcare. Instead, I provide flexible help in the evenings and some weekends. My rate is £20 per hour, which reflects the ad-hoc nature of my availability and the reliable, attentive care I provide.
