Liz was beyond amazing, she did 3 nights of sleep training with our 1 year old and even on night 1 he was already sleeping much better. Liz was so calm and walked us through exactly how to teach our little boy to self settle. We have gone from hourly wakes and needing to be held/rocked, to sleeping completely through the night without a squeak and also self settling at bedtime. I would highly recommend her to anyone struggling with their little one, Liz is magic with her training!
