Hey, My name is Molly, I'm a full time mummy & experienced childminder/ Nanny. I've been living in Barnet EN4 for the past 10 years but have recently moved to Leigh-On-Sea which is where I grew up. It’s lovely to be home :)
I'm a very active,loving, caring & fun individual who takes a well grounded and professional approach to their work.
In the past I have worked as a long term part time Nanny for a family with two lovely children in Totteridge (North London). After having my first son I then qualified as a childminder in June 2011 & opened Molly's Little Rascals in January 2012. In march 2013 I was graded GOOD by oftsed on my first inspection & on my second inspection in march 2017 I was graded OUTSTANDING!!!! :) I'm extremely passionate about my work - always looking to improve & adapt. It is both consistent & flexible & because of those two factors my clients have always been long term.
Currently:
My service is open five days a week Mon-Friday (9am-5pm) TERM TIME ONLY !!!
I can provide pick ups and drop offs if they fit in around current commitments.
During my care your child will have the opportunities to participate in a wide variety of activities such as:
-Regular outings to soft play centres,Toddler groups and childrens centres.
- There will also be trips to local parks, Woods, farms, museums and libraries.
My aim is to provide a safe & secure environment for your child to learn whilst they play. With a nurturing home from home approach your child will build the confidence they need thrive.
I pride myself on teaching children good everyday manners & social skills which help them to set positive foundations for life.
My Experience
* Over 3 years experince working as Nanny for a family with two children
* Becoming a Mummy in March 2010
* Vocational experience working within all aspects of care some of which were within the early years settings (Both Maintsream and Special Needs Schools/Nurseries).
*Childminder for over 5 years
*Graded "GOOD" in March 2013
*Graded "OUTSTANDING" in March 2017
*Becoming a mummy for the second time in October 2018 :)
My Qualifications
* Advanced BTEC National Diploma in Care where i acheived a Triplle Grade: Distinction, Distinction, Merit.
*Full UK driving Licence
* Paediatric First Aid certified
*Safe Guarding
*Food & Hygiene Level 1

Currently available Mon-Fri (9am - 5pm)
