About Me
I am a nanny and newly qualified midwife with experience nannying full time for a 5 month old baby girl.
My Experience
I completed a two-week work experience placement at a local nursery, supporting children aged 2–4. I assisted staff with play activities, snack preparation, and behaviour management, helping to create a calm and engaging environment.
I later worked as a nanny through this agency, caring for a baby from five months old over a 10-month period. Her parents were commuters, so my hours gradually increased as she grew. By the time she was a toddler, I was caring for her full-time, up to nine hours a day, while her parents were at work. She was a loving, smart little girl, and I supported her daily routine, developmental play, naps, and baby-led weaning. We developed a strong bond, and it was incredibly rewarding to watch her grow and thrive.
Most recently, I completed a Degree in Midwifery, including three years of clinical placements. This gave me extensive experience in newborn care, feeding support, and building trusting relationships with parents and infants.
I'm also a proud auntie to two active and playful boys, currently aged 6 and 1, whom I babysit regularly. This has given me further hands-on experience with both toddlers and school-aged children in a relaxed, home-based setting.
