I am a highly motivated 21-year-old girl, with very strong communication and organisational skills. I am bilingual in both English in French, and I can get by with a little bit of Spanish. My experience caring for and supporting children of different ages has given me patience, adaptability, and the ability to foster a safe and engaging learning environment. I am very flexible and easy-going, I possess a lot of qualities such as patience, and understanding emotions, I am also very adaptable and I believe thanks to my experience with newborns and younger children, I have ease with anticipating needs. I am also capable of handling difficult situations, such as sickness, tantrums, and emotional moments, where I believe the best approach is to acknowledge the child’s feelings and help them understand what they’re going through, and calm them down, and then distract them with something that I know they will enjoy. I’m also very keen on good communication with the parents, so that was all on the same page with the child’s needs physically, emotionally and developmental. I also happened to be very passionate about music, I can play the piano and I can sing. I went to music school my entire childhood and I love to share my creativity. I think I have a very naturally positive personality and I always love to provide a fun and entertaining environment. But I will always make sure homework is done :)
