My Experience
I currently work as a care assistant, where I support individuals with their daily needs and ensure their safety and wellbeing. This role has strengthened my patience, communication skills, and sense of responsibility.
While I haven’t worked in a formal childcare role, I regularly babysit my nieces and nephews of various ages. I help with meals, playtime, bedtime routines, and keeping them entertained. I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and creating a safe, positive environment for them
My Qualifications
I’m working towards my Care Certificate, which includes training in communication, safeguarding, and health and safety. While I don’t have formal childcare qualifications yet, I have plenty of hands-on caring experience through my job as a care assistant.
My Availability
I work flexible bank hours and can offer childcare during my days off. My availability may vary week to week, but I’m happy to provide my schedule in advance.
